Shipping Methods and Delivery

  • We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other freight services depending on order size and destination.

  • Shipping times and delivery windows are estimates provided by the carriers and not guaranteed by ModFlowX.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment where applicable.

Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility and Risk Transfer

Once the order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier:

ModFlowX is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, theft, or mishandling of the equipment during transit.

We take great care in packaging and preparing each order for shipment, but the full responsibility for securing the equipment during transit rests with the customer. This includes filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier in the event of a loss or damage.

We strongly recommend that customers:

  • Inspect all shipments upon delivery.

  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance or requesting it during checkout if required.

  • Use trusted carriers and confirm tracking details.

Service Interruptions and Delays

ModFlowX is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather, natural disasters, pandemics, labor shortages, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.
