ModFlowX is a next-generation engineering company redefining flow control in the mining and energy industries. Founded by Jefferson Nogueira, ModFlowX was created to deliver smarter, faster, and more sustainable inline choke solutions that solve real-world problems in the field.
Our flagship product—the Modular Inline Choke—features a patent-pending, fast-exchange design that allows for quick and easy replacement of internal ceramic components by simply removing the choke from the line and swapping the module. This eliminates the need for full choke replacements, drastically reducing downtime, cost, and operational headaches.
Built with sintered silicon carbide (SiC) and A-105 carbon steel, each unit is engineered using advanced CFD and FEA simulations to withstand the harshest flow conditions. We back our solutions with 48-hour quoting, personalized support, and global manufacturing and shipping capabilities.

Our Story
ModFlowX began with a simple but powerful belief: innovation should never be delayed by fear of change.
After years in the engineering industry, our founder Jefferson Nogueira saw firsthand what happens when bold ideas are dismissed and outdated systems are protected at the expense of progress. Too often, efficiency took a back seat. New designs were shelved. The status quo ruled.
Rather than accept that, Jefferson made a choice—to take everything he had learned, from first concept sketches to full-scale manufacturing, and build something different. Something better.
That knowledge became the foundation of ModFlowX: a company where innovation drives every step, from 3D modeling and ceramic design to CFD analysis, international production, and final packaging.
